You’re in good company.

Stewart Copeland of The Police once called Neil Peart “the most air-drummed-to drummer of all time.”

Chad Smith of Red Hot Chili Peppers declared that “any drummer worth his salt—any rock drummer—needs to have a Neil phase.”

Gene Simmons of Kiss praised the band for their “fearlessness.  It’s the quality of starting to write a song and not caring about what’s popular and what’s not.”

Billy Corgan of Smashing Pumpkins felt that “when people step back and actually really look at who the great bands were, [Rush will be one of them].
